Lifting the Buffer Tank from its initial position and tilting it to a vertical orientation to avoid any obstacle. Lifting and tilting by using Gantry Steel Structure, Jacking and Skid Roller are installed underneath, allowing the Buffer Tank to be moved along a prepared path until final position (foundation). It is subsequently tilted back to a vertical position, where skid rollers are installed after and to shift it and accurately place it at the designated location.
